New Beginnings

I am sorry, I have been silent the last 6 months. The life of a teacher, as many of you know is busy and full of unexpected surprises, both good and not so good. Frankly, I have been running nonstop and there was no time to blog. I hope that is all changing now.

First, I have officially completed my CDA. That took time, money and energy, but makes me an even better teacher for my students and coworkers.  Then I became a member of The Wonder Tribe, an amazing group of educators world wide. Sally Fowler Haughey started the group. She is also the creator of Fairydust Teaching. If you are looking to enrich your life, your skills and grow this is a group of people to join.  Third, the center I work for and have been with since 2000 is building. We have rented space for the first part of our journey. Now we are building a space to house both our sites in one center. It is designed to help up teach from our Reggio Inspired philosophy. I am over the moon excited.

We will be moving in June 2019. With that said, blogging about art and experiential learning has had to take a backseat, because my students always come first. Please join me as I get back in the saddle again and begin to share with you.

Here is are a few photos of our home to be.
We will be located in Lino Lakes, Minnesota.
